I - Moisture, Consequence of faulty technical equipment or maintenance:
THIS MAY CONCERN FOR EXAMPLE:
- In the plumbing network, hot water heating network,
- In equipment, the most noted failures,

- In maintenance not carried out.

III - Moisture, Consequence of the implementation of the building envelope:
THIS MAY CONCERN FOR EXAMPLE:
- The choice of the chemical composition of the coating incompatible with the wall itself,
- Poor installation of insulation from the outside disregarding technical advice (very common case),
- Neglected maintenance of any kind of coating
- Repairs carried out without taking into account nature of the supports (stone – concrete – wood).

THIS MAY CONCERN FOR EXAMPLE:
- The choice of covering depending on the layout (roof slope),
- The realization of the installation, slopes, diameter of outlets, management of height (of waterproof flashing above edges of a terrace) …,
- The combination of materials incompatible with each other.
